Motivating people to move and improve their general health and well being is what I do best. I have been coaching and training people from the age of 15.

My first coaching responsibilities were gymnastics and wrestling. This lead me into developing conditioning programs for the young athletes at Te Awamutu College and the Te Awamutu YMI Gymnastics Club, under the guidance of my P.E teacher and gymnastics coach.

My gym coach and first real role model always said; “You’ve got to put the good stuff in to get the good stuff out”; meaning attitude, nutrition and training.

Being surrounded by positive minded individuals has helped me gain confidence in my own abilities as an athlete and a coach.
I simply love sport; as it helped me focus my mind.

Today, I take on the role of Fitness Instructor, Group Instructor, Personal Trainer, Massage Practionaer, Kinesiology Practitioner and Health Consultant.

Each role has its challenges and I love them all. Training to improve strength, power, endurance, mental focus or appearance has always been a large part of my life.

I love to help people achieve their goals no matter what they may be.
